I love all food!!
My passion for cooking (and eating!) started at a very young age and continues to grow.
My French Canadian heritage established my cooking style through long, cold winters and limited availability of fresh ingredients in the true north. My comfort foods are warming, a tad spicy and served with a full-bodied red wine.
I spent years travelling the world for work and made it my own private culinary exploration. One of my first international travel destinations as a child was Mexico where I indulged in all things Mexican. Their cuisine has been a firm favourite ever since!
Having now settled in Australia for nearly ten years, the culinary offerings couldn’t be more inspiring! The multi-cultural cuisine and super fresh, local food have expanded my culinary vision.
